Ordering and payment
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address for your receipt. If you sign in with Google, your bag, addresses and orders are kept together on any device.
How can I pay?
By UPI, debit or credit card, or netbanking, processed securely by Razorpay. All orders are prepaid. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking login.
Shipping and delivery
When will my order ship?
Within 2 to 3 business days of payment, by DTDC, from Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatch, usually 3 to 5 business days within Kerala and 7 to 10 business days to the rest of India.
How do I track my parcel?
You receive a DTDC tracking ID when your order is dispatched. It is also shown on your order's page under Track your order.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the weight of your order and where it is going. The exact amount, and any free-shipping offer running at the time, is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside India?
Not at the moment. We deliver to addresses within India only.
What does the packaging look like?
Your order comes in opaque packaging, so the contents cannot be seen. The package carries the BareBloom name.

Returns and refunds
Can I return or exchange an item, or swap the size?
No. For hygiene reasons, intimate wear that arrives in good condition cannot be returned or exchanged, including for size. Please check the size guide below, or WhatsApp us before you order if you are unsure.
What if my item arrives damaged or I got the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an uncut 360-degree unboxing video, recorded from before the sealed parcel is opened. Once we approve the claim, we replace the item, or refund it if it is out of stock.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Size guide
Because sizes cannot be exchanged, a couple of minutes with a measuring tape before you order is worth it. Use a soft tape measure, keep it parallel to the floor, and measure over bare skin or a thin, unpadded bra.
- Underbust (band)Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Keep it level and breathe out.
- BustMeasure around the fullest part of your bust, wearing an unpadded bra or none. Keep the tape level and loose enough not to press in.
- WaistMeasure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your navel.
- HipsStand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Fitting a wire-free bra
- Without an underwire, the band does most of the supporting. It should sit level all the way around and feel snug, not tight.
- The cups should cover you smoothly, without gaping at the top or pressing in at the edges.
- Straps should stay put without digging into your shoulders.
Panties
Go by your waist and hip measurements. If they point to different sizes, the hip measurement usually matters more for comfort and coverage.
Imported styles
Imported styles can follow different size labels from Indian ones, for example S, M and L or international band sizes. Where a product has its own size chart, you will find it among the product's photos.
