By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy, shipping policy and returns and refunds policy, which form part of them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

• You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You can check out as a guest with an email address, or sign in with your Google account.
• You are responsible for the details you give us, including your delivery address and phone number, being complete and correct.

• All prices are in Indian rupees (₹). Shipping is shown separately in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
• We take care to show our products accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Sizing can vary between styles, particularly imported ones. Please read our size guide, or ask us, before ordering.
• Offers and discounts apply as described when they are shown, may change or end at any time, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may correct any error in a price or description. If an order was placed at a wrong price, we will contact you.

• All orders are prepaid through Razorpay, by UPI, debit or credit card, or netbanking. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds.
• We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item becomes unavailable, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect the payment is fraudulent.

We ship within India from Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala, through DTDC. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our shipping and delivery policy.

For hygiene reasons, intimate wear that arrives in good condition cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged, defective or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an uncut 360-degree unboxing video. Approved refunds reach you within 7 to 10 business days. You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or other customers' data.
• Copy, scrape or reuse our content in bulk without our written permission.

The BareBloom name and logo, product photographs, text and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kozhikode, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
