This website, barebloomintimates.in, is operated by Sreevidya P S, trading as BareBloom Intimates (“BareBloom Intimates”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit the site, sign in, or place an order, in line with India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, as shared by Google. We never see your Google password.
• When you check out as a guest: the email address you give us for your receipt.
• Delivery details: the recipient's name, phone number and address, including city, state and PIN code.
• Orders: what you bought, the amounts, and the status of payment and delivery.
• Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and its status. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or netbanking login.
• Messages: what you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram, including any photos and unboxing videos for a claim.
• Technical data: our hosting providers keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.

• To process, pack and deliver your orders, and to take payment.
• To send your order confirmation and messages about your order.
• To answer your questions and handle claims and refunds.
• To keep your bag, addresses and order history available when you sign in.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To keep the records Indian tax and accounting law requires.

We use Google Sign-In only to identify you and to keep your account, bag and orders together. We ask Google only for your basic profile (name, email address and profile picture). We do not access your Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data. Information received from Google is used only to provide sign-in and your account on this site. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone except the service providers listed below who help us run the site.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share only what each of these service providers needs to do its job:

• Razorpay: to process your payment and any refund.
• DTDC: your name, phone number and delivery address, to deliver your parcel.
• Google: to sign you in, and to send our order emails through Gmail.
• Supabase and Vercel: to host the website and store its data securely.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example to a government authority acting under a lawful order.

We use only the cookies the site needs to work: they keep you signed in and remember your bag. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not show ads.

We keep your account details for as long as your account exists. Order and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, even after you close your account. Messages and claim videos are kept only as long as we need them to resolve your request.

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and the data that we are not required by law to keep. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, which means we may no longer be able to take orders from you. To make a request, email barebloomintimates@gmail.com from the address on your account.

The site is served only over HTTPS, payments are handled entirely by Razorpay, and access to your data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil your order. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.

This site is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
